1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "pak500," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pak500 platform and website accessible at pak500.ws.
• "Platform" means the pak500 website, mobile web application, and all associated gaming, betting, and account management services.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any registered user who holds a valid pak500 account.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the pak500 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's pak500 account, excluding any bonus credit unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback credit, or other non-cash incentive awarded to a Player by pak500.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of qualifying bets a Player must place before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region in which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by pak500 in accordance with international compliance standards.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the pak500 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and pak500.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have already registered an Account, contact pak500 support to arrange account closure.

These Terms are supplemented by the pak500 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and pak500.

3 Eligibility

Use of the pak500 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pak500 does not permit access by any person under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority in their place of residence.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in a personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of pak500 or any affiliated entity.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pak500 or had an Account closed by pak500 for a material breach of these Terms.
• You are of sound mind and are gambling voluntarily with funds that you can afford to lose.

4 Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of pak500, including depositing funds and placing wagers, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and ongoing account security:

• Each individual may register only one Account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon detection.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. pak500 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.
• You must notify pak500 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or operate your Account — is strictly prohibited.
• pak500 may request KYC documentation at any time, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pak500 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pak500 supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the Cashier page of the Platform and are subject to change.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. pak500 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.
• pak500 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank may take up to one business day.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

pak500 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside individual promotions:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a designated bonus balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before becoming eligible for withdrawal as real-money funds.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds that remain unconverted upon expiry of the promotional period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Game contribution percentages are published on the Promotions page of the Platform.
• Bonuses are issued on a one-per-household, one-per-IP-address, and one-per-payment-method basis. Attempts to claim multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts constitute a breach of these Terms.
• pak500 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Where pak500 determines that a bonus has been obtained through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the relevant Account may be closed.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules govern all wagers placed on the pak500 Platform across sports betting, casino games, live dealer titles, and all other gaming products:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. pak500 does not accept requests to cancel, reverse, or modify a confirmed wager.
• pak500 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, including cases of obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or technical malfunctions.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event or casino game, pak500's internal records shall be the primary reference. In the case of sports events, results from the relevant official governing body shall be determinative.
• pak500 reserves the right to restrict the maximum stake or maximum payout applicable to any individual player, game, or market at its sole discretion and without notice.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial intelligence tools to place or manage wagers on pak500 is strictly prohibited.
• Where pak500 has reasonable grounds to suspect match-fixing, collusion, or any form of irregular betting activity, the relevant wager(s) and winnings may be withheld pending investigation and may ultimately be voided.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pak500 Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of Account balances:

• Providing false or misleading information at registration or during any KYC process.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other means of obscuring your true geographic location.
• Registering or operating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Money laundering or using pak500 as a mechanism to transfer, conceal, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargeback fraud, bonus abuse, and payment fraud.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pak500 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming restriction, self-exclusion period, or account limit placed on your Account by pak500 or requested by you.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the pak500 Platform — including but not limited to the pak500 name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pak500 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from pak500.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
• Use any pak500 trademark, logo, or brand identifier in any manner not expressly authorised by pak500.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means.

Any use of pak500 intellectual property outside the scope of the licence granted above is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of pak500's intellectual property rights, actionable under applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

pak500 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pak500 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and legal compliance. pak500 does not sell personal data to third parties.

11 Responsible Gaming

pak500 is fully committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our obligations in this area seriously. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via Account Settings.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set reminders or hard limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the Account will be closed and the player will be unable to register a new Account on the Platform.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic in-session notifications showing their session duration and net wagering position.

pak500 reminds all players that gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. Never wager more than you can comfortably afford to lose. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the Platform and to seek professional support.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, pak500 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform, including as a result of scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, or network disruption.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming opportunity resulting from Platform downtime or technical error.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• The outcome of any wager placed on the Platform, whether resulting in a loss or in a dispute regarding a payout.
• Any reliance placed by you on information, odds, statistics, or commentary published on the Platform.

Where pak500 is found liable for damages in connection with these Terms, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pak500's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

13 Account Termination and Suspension

pak500 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity involving the Account.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring closure of the Account.
• Extended periods of account inactivity, subject to pak500's dormant account policy as published on the Platform.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a material breach or investigation, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to successful KYC completion. Bonus Funds in the account at the time of closure are non-refundable and will be forfeited.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so at any time by contacting pak500 support. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

14 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming compliance standards and the laws of the jurisdiction in which pak500 holds its operational authorisation.

In the event of any conflict between the English-language version of these Terms and any translated version, the English-language version shall prevail in all respects.

pak500 makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of pak500 complies with all laws applicable in your country or region of residence.

pak500 operates a two-stage internal dispute resolution process. In the first instance, all complaints are reviewed by the pak500 Customer Support team. If a resolution is not reached at this stage, the matter is escalated to the pak500 Compliance team for a final internal determination. pak500 aims to resolve all formal disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a complete written complaint.

pak500 is committed to resolving disputes in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. Players who remain unsatisfied following the internal dispute resolution process may seek recourse through any external dispute resolution mechanism available under the laws of their jurisdiction.
